GLEN ARBOR, MICHIGAN Fourth of July parades are a great time for politicians to meet and greet voters. So State Representative candidate Derek Bailey took advantage of the opportunity to walk in three Fourth of July parades on Wednesday in Frankfort, Glen Arbor and Leland, Michigan.

Bailey is in the race to secure the Democratic nomination for a Michigan House of Representatives seat in District 101. The current state representative is Republican Ray Franz. The 101st House District includes Leelanau, Benzie, Manistee, and Mason counties.
“It was fun meeting so many nice people and I am thankful I had a great group of people who helped out my campaign today,”
commented Derek Bailey to the Native News Network.
